Threw these together awhile back was impressed with the taste

Looks like the bacon held up okay. I always get nervous of it becoming too cooked. Stuffed with cream cheese is it and spinach?
I like to use the cream cheese just to keep it from going everywhere. Looks good!

The entire earl looks great, but that chicken looks fabulous! I'm with Darryl, I'd like to know what you stuffed the breast with. We picked up a pack of chicken breasts last week, and this post really has me wanting to try this!

I stuffed with shallot, garlic, mushroom and cream cheese. 1shallot, 2 garlic cloves, 1cup of chopped mushroom, 1 cream cheese.
