Stuffed Burgers

Here is our favorite.


Make the stuffing with Swiss Chese,Mushrooms and about one tsp. of dry white wine.

There are two ways of making these.

1) Make two thin patties. Put your stuffing on one patty and then place the other patty on top and seal the edges real good.

2) Make one large patty and make a well in the center of it. Put your stuffing in the well and kind of mold the ground beef over the stuffing and be sure its sealed real good.

These can be made with any kind of cheese, even crumbly cheese like blue cheese. A friend of ours likes to use sharp Cheddar with chopped green olives.
