Straightening out a warped JJ grate?

I'd been looking for a Jumbo Joe and decided to buy new. I put it together tonight and found that the cooking grate is sort of Pringle-shaped and doesn't sit flat. I tried just sort of bending it to the correct shape, but that didn't really help much. Is there some secret method out there to take the warp out of a cooking grate, or is it just a matter of the careful application of pressure?

I use a large piece of wood such as a fence corner and push against that. if its too warped then get weber to send you a new one.
