Stoker Wifi Adapter

I have an older model stoker and really want to get it on wifi so I can use the stoker log in the house and possibly one of the apps. I was wondering if these would work. Just wanted to get some feedback or if anyone could suggest a different adapter for me. I have a Motorola Surfboard router if that matters. I was thinking on of these.

Hi Rhett - I also have an older non-Wifi Stoker. I just use an old wireless router that I set out by the smoker and connect the Stoker directly to it. Then I connect with the laptop to the wireless router to feed data to Stokerlog. I'm not on my normal home network so I can't surf the web, send tweets or send emails about the cook. But it prevents me from having to run a cable out the door across the yard to the smoker.
