Stoker problems

the last few times i used my stoker i had a fan problem. sbout 4 hours into the cook he fan stopped running and temp dropped below the target temp. required me resetting the stoker.
any ideas. also would like about a 3 foot extention cord for the fan and yes i have the 10cfm fan.
also had problems at the srart with the stoker identifying the cooker probe once i pluged in a meat prob it used it as cooker probe
 
I can not help you answer the questions, but I would like to know what version of Stoker firmware you are using, and if you are using stokerlog as well.
 
I have seen that problem once in a while. Next time, try to up the temperature by say, 5 to 10 degrees and see if the fan starts again.

It seems to happen when the smoker keeps going for a long time without help from stoker. At least I think that is when it happens.
