Stoker LCD Text Pixelation

Hi, guys! I just got a new-to-me Stoker non-wifi (white box). When scanning through the menus some of the text/letters has extra lit pixels above them. The pixels seem attached to the characters as they are not permanently lit. Anyone else have this problem? I have updated to the latest non-wifi software. Any help is appreciated!

Pretty sure that is a hardware problem. I would contact them and get it repaired/exchanged.
