Stoker Fan Protection

I have a box I keep my Stoker in to protect it from the elements, but I noticed today how the wiring on the fan is exposed.

Do any of you have a solution for this or do you not worry about it?

I have used a quick-and-dirty method with a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil:

and I believe I've seen posts by people who made a shield for the fan motor from a soda can or something similar. As for the actual cable itself, unless the outer insulation jacket is damaged, there should be no way for water to get into it if the ends are not exposed.

I use an empty 28oz soup can. The adapter metal square just fits so there it doesn't come off.

Works great! </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

It's amazing what soup can do!
