I hooked up my 19v Craftsman blower/vac to the WSM the other day. It is variable speed so worked pretty decent.
I really only needed it to speed up getting it to temperature, and then in the end as the lump started to burn out.
I thought I would share in case anyone else had one of these sitting around and wanted to try it.

It looks like you are running a forge! Did you get any ash on your food?

What did you use to make the connections to the WSM?

Nope, no ash problems. It has variable speed dial, and I kept it in the low range. It really isn't very powerful, as it is most useful for cleaning up saw dust in the garage.

The connection is just one of the tubes that came with the blower/vac.

you could easily add a cheap PID controller to that and have a great system!
