Stok Grill Grates ???

I have seen in here some mention of the Stok grill grates. I have a Stok grill listed near me that has been used 2-3 times (per the listing) for $30. I was wondering if there is any reason to grab this for the grill grates.

I guess it depends on what grates it has. I have the round 22" Stok grate in my Performer and have been very happy with it. $30 would be totally worth it.

I had one by me as well and someone else got it while I pondered it. I actually like the thin wire grates as I think it lets more smoke and fire hit the food. Cast iron would be nice for some low slow cooks as it acts like a heat sink. But then another set of grates to maintain. So many fun BBQ things, so little time.
