Stir fry on the Weber Wok

On Friday I ran across a couple packs of really nice looking Top Round steaks for cheap. I also knew I had a lot of veggies in the fridge that needed to be used soon. Time to break out the Weber Wok.

Thin sliced Top Round went in first along with some canola oil, sesame oil, and low sodium soy sauce. When the steak was browned I added bok choy, mushrooms, a chopped jalapeno, some sliced up Lampe peppers, and a sliced onion.

Served up with some steamed millet.

Great looking stir fry!! Did you put any kind of sauce on it? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

No additional sauce. The sesame oil, soy sauce and 5 spice along with all the natural juices make a good sauce.

Great looking meal! </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

It was the very short lived wok Weber produced a few years back. Stainless steel. I picked it up at a local hardware store on clearance for $20.
