Still hot 24hr later

I went out to check on my WSM and i saw some coals still red and the bowl at that area still warm. The rest of the bowl was cool to the touch. Any ideas why that one section would still be hot. It rained here during the day and all the vents were closed.

Although Jim Minion might want to buy your WSM as-is, I'd say you've got an air leak between the middle and bottom sections that's not huge, but just enough to keep charcoal near it burning. A close inspection is in order.
