Bought myself this today!!

Big thick juicy rib-eyes!! If you have some Weber charcoal baskets they sit together nicely right under the cast iron part and do you get some sweeeeet sear marks!!
 
I've cut a couple of metal bars, just the right height to rise the baskets in contact with the center ring. It's even easier to get the grill marks when the charcoal baskets are about an inch higher.

I love this insert, and I think you will like it, too!
 
Sister and Mom showed unexpectedly. I got it hammering out, and did a pork loin with vegetables all around. It turned our AWESOME, but I was moving so fast that I didn't take any pictures.

It was the best pork loin I've done to date.
