Every now and then the local Walmart has double packs of bacon wrapped filet mignon available for about $10.
I don’t normally get meat from Walmart but these are too hard to pass up and they ain’t half bad.
I usually keep 3-4 packs of them in the freezer for easy meals.
When we do a full dinner with salad, veggies, oysters and fresh bread the wife and I usually just share one.

I cooked these on the flat top today because i was lazy and it was easier than the Weber.
My favorite way is a cast iron pan over the vortex so I can spoon garlic butter on them during the sear.
This works well enough though.
Sometimes I put some good blue cheese on them.
