While working on my African binder, I found this recipe and showed it to DH. He read it, said it sounded real good and to put it in the make soon file. It is
called "GRILLED FLANK STEAKS IN MOROCCAN SPICES". It says to marinate the meat a day ahead, and to serve with French bread and TALL GLASSES OF
COLD BEER!!!! I would post the marinade ingredients here but you know the 'ol saying,

A MARINADE IS A MARINADE, IS A MARINADE
 
Joan, try this spice blend. The flavors are quite good. Goes on beef and chicken too.

Close of Africa but still the ME by definition.

 
Thanks Brett, I only have one version of it. I will post it on the spice thread. It is spelled like one of the one's mentioned.
