I like Sirloin James!
Whatever you grill, lettuce know how it turned out (and photos please)

Good luck!

Did some last weekend using my new FireWire and I used Sirloin. From what I have read it's the beef of choice when doing Kabobs. By the way they turned out very tasty and I highly recommend the FireWire.

Last time I did kabobs I chunked up a tri tip and they turned out great.I'll second the recommendation on the fire wire skewers too.

Firewire looks excellent. I'm a kabober, so I just ordered a set of 6.

I've always used tenderloin for kabops, but next time I might give sirloin a go.

I usually Kabob the veggies, then grill Filet Mignon or Ribeyes seperately ... much easier to get the steak a perfect medium rare

Since I do not serve the Kabobs on the Firewire I use separate Firewire for the meat and veggies. That way I can cook the meat to the proper doneness without affecting the veggies
