I'm thinking of making steak kabobs for the first time. What is best resonable priced cut of steak to use?
Since I do not serve the Kabobs on the Firewire I use separate Firewire for the meat and veggies. That way I can cook the meat to the proper doneness without affecting the veggiesOriginally posted by R. Hanson ("Rondo"):
I usually Kabob the veggies, then grill Filet Mignon or Ribeyes seperately ... much easier to get the steak a perfect medium rare
