I’ve been thinking about that, if I built one, I think I might do some sort of retractable roof, winter grilling can get pretty hairy! A roof would help me in the cold and snow!

I’ve pondered on two of those large Costco pho-wood gazebo things separated by 6 or 8 feet and frame in a tin gable roof to join the two gazebo’s together.
My thinking is that one of the pre-fab gazebo’s would get crowed really fast and 2-1/2 of them would give you more options like a nice Tiki bar area and better storage.
