St. Louis Spares

Hi all. How many racks of St. Louis trimmed spares can you fit on each grate without using a rib rack? This is for a 22" wsm.

I have a get together in a few weeks, I was planning on 6-7 spares. Looks like I probably wont need a rib rack. Thanks Josh.
 
Alberto, even if you had more ribs, all you need to do is add more grates. I like to cook my ribs flat, have 2 racks and never use them, never done rolled but some say that is a good option. Hard to apply stuff to the ribs if they are not flat.
