St Louis Ribs on the Traeger Junior

I really like the TJ a lot. It is basically set it and forget it and I really got it so when
I didn't feel like playing with the charcoal I could take it easy. It is small and I added a
collapsible leg set and upgraded the controller so I could take it on the road. I also have a
super large (1013 sq ft) Blaz'n Grill Works Grid Iron pellet machine that I am able to do 9 butts
on at one time. I have a lot of requests for my peach pork butt and now between the 2 pellet
grills and my WSM I can handle most of them in one day cooking.
