For ribs, I use 2:1 Apple Juice to Apple Cider Vinegar.
For pork butt, I use 1:1 Apple Juice to Apple Cider Vinegar.
This past weekend I did ribs over brisket. Basted with 2:1 Apple Juice/Apple Cider Vinegar until the ribs were done then finished brisket with just Apple Juice baste.
