Spirit E310 Yellow Flames and Flareups


 
Are the bars sitting directly over the burner tubes? They should sit over the tubes resting in between the bumps on each end of the firebox. The video makes it look like juices dripping from the burgers you are grilling.
 
I don't see anything wrong except your grates are upside down. When I grill 70/30 burgers on either of my grills it's what I get
