I m Robert from Malta (Europe) and though I live quite far from u guys/gals , I love grilling and have been doing so for a good bunch of years .I bought my new spirit 320 a yr ago now and have done many lovely meals on it esp, pulled pork shoulders (to die for) , but still feel I should have bought one up with the extra sear burner and seeing many seasoned grillers on the forum am wondering if it is poss.to add a sear burner on mine at this juncture . Any help will b greatly appreciated .
