1 hour in, IT 90F. Decided not to slather with the herbed butter but baste with it later in the cook. Hoping it'll be done 3:30 to 4:00.Pretty traditional this year. Dry brining with SPOG. Will be spun up on the NG grill after slathering with an herbed compound butter. Just Miriam & me this year, so will be eating leftovers until it's time to thaw the Christmas bird.
