Thanks!Nice, Bob!! Those are going to be tasty
Thanks Andy. Always loved spares. BBs always seemed to lack flavor. Been getting these spares from Winco for under $2/lb. Makes the taste even betterLooking good Bob.
I just got back into spare ribs after several years of BB.
Spare ribs are tasty.
Nice! $2.79 lb here.Been getting these spares from Winco for under $2/lb
I love that rub. Haven't used it in a while but always met with good feedback for me.Thanks!
Sure hope so. First time using this rub.
Not a good cook. Lots of nasty smoke that lasted for more than 2 hours. These briquettes would probably be OK if you lit them in a chimney, but I wouldn't advise using them for a snake, Minion or other method of that type. By the time I dared to put the ribs on, there were so many lit coals that I had a hard time controlling the temperature. Finally got them done long after supper time. Had to add more charcoal so,A slab of Hormel spares with only hanging pieces trimmed off. Slathered with mustard and a moderate dose of Honey Hog Hot from Meat Church.

Just waiting for the kettle to come up to 250. Royal Oak super-size briquettes and 3 medium chunks of Cherry Wood.
