Spare ribs & stuff

Unseasonably warm temps today, so I broke out the offset smoker, spares seasoned with SPG & Hickory wood.

Turning back the clock to my younger days, a batch of beans that a dude who used to cook when we had all night whole hog cooks, Basically anything you have on hand!

A couple of slabs of Spares, one sauced with KC's finest, Gates BBQ Sauce & the other BH Raspberry Chipotle.



I also smoked some homemade sausage & a big baker, thanks for dropping by!
