Put this on about an hour before taking the pic. Had some pretty good flames licking it, so moved the rotisserie up a notch. Smells so good, dunno if I can wait for supper time. Will be adding some green enchilada sauce when I shred it. Lots of cumin, oregano and garlic in the rub.

Rub: 2 TBSP ground oregano, 2 TBSP granulated garlic, 2 TBSP ground cumin, 1 TBSP brown sugar, 1 tsp Kosher salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp Ancho chili powder

Wrapped after 4 hours on the spit and finished at 275 in the Traeger. Turned out great. Temp was 154 when I wrapped.
