Son-in-law needs to learn Weber Gas Grilling..

So my 44 yr old Nashville son-in-law wants learn grilling and not from me, at least until he gets his feet under him. So I need a Father’s Day book present. He’s got a Genesis gas machine which cooks well for me. Help!

CHARCOAL ! Too easy with gas, he needs to learn the basics on a kettle grill, that's how I got started, gone thru 2 gas grills and went back to charcoal and never looked back.
