I love to Q baby backs and butts but wanted to try something new on the beef side namely chuck.
Can anyone elaborate on their experiences with chuck, cooking times, rubs, suggestions??

Bob, there is an earlier post here today
called A question about chuck roast that has some
good answers. You can also cook it like a
steak, and it turns out very well too.
