FIrst, let me say how much I appreciate everyone's advice especially during my first overnighter.
With Father's day on Sunday, I am going to smoke some ribs. I was thinking of doing a brisket, but I know how lightly I slept during my first butt and do not want to be red eyed all day on Sunday. I'll save that for next weekend.
I was looking for some suggestions of something else to put on. If anyone has a great smoked baked beans recipe let me know. Also, anything else that would go great with the ribs and beans. Just looking for something a little different.
