Had some feed issues tonight. Temp set to 400 and all going great with some wings on. Then temp dropped to 325. I pushed the pellets around and dropped the hopper lid. Heard pellets start tumbling and it started up again. But temp shot up to 475 and charred the crap out of my wings before it stabilized again. Put on some thighs and legs and temp held solid.
