So what sometimes happen when you live around a lot of farms. I heard what sounded like a private plane going crazy. Was an aerial applicator hitting the farms on the west side of the road that boarders our subdivision. Sorry for the shaky quality but a fun watch

 
A whole buncha years ago, when I was in high school, I was catching a lift home from an evening event at the high school, and the driver was dropping off someone else at the local airport. Well, would ya lookit that.... There's a crop duster filling up with fuel as well as an application, along with a waiting chase plane. The guy who was driving me home said yeah, we got time, go get in the chase plane. I knew the farmer who had hired the duster, and exactly where the application was supposed to be done. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no radio communication between the duster and the chase planes (this was 40+ years ago,) and up in the air, I told the chase pilot that the application was being made on not only the wrong field, but on a completely different farm. The chase pilot tried to get the duster pilot's attention, but to no avail. I never did hear any of the aftermath.

The new drone systems for crop dusting look awfully interesting.
