Your guys' meals look and sound outstanding. I had one of those weekends where it felt like nothing I touched worked out. Case in point: yesterday, my original plan was to spin a turkey breast in the Kettle. We enjoy them several times a year and they have always been awesome. But later in the day I remembered I bought a Char Broil oiless fryer a few months ago and decided to use it for the first time on the turkey. Apparently, I need to learn how to use it because once the outer meat reached 165 the deeper inner meat was at 140. The end result was not pleasant.
