started my two pork butts last night at 7:30 pm, got up at 5:00 am temps holding at 225 only added water to pan so far, smells great, inserted pfobe thermometer. internal temp at 150 and not moving much, is this normal, these butts have been on for almost 15 hours, starting weight was about 15-16 lbs for the two peices

Sounds like everything is OK. I would crank the Bullet up a bit say, 230-240 degrees at the dome since it has cooked all night low n slow. What a treat you will be having today.

Sounds like a normal cook. Your 225 temp where are you measuring that at? If that's the lid temp then your grate temp is 10 - 15 degrees lower than that. As Dale said raise it up to 235 - 240 so your cooking grate temp is 225.
