Snow Crab Legs

Finally tried crab on the ol kettle and it worked out amazingly well. Here's what I used-

2lbs Snow Crab Legs/Clusters (thawed)
1/2c Butter, melted
1/2c Garlic, minced
1/2c Olive oil

1. Combine butter, garlic, and olive oil in a cup
2. Crack each crab leg section and brush mixture over all the legs. Let sit/marinade for 20-30min
3. Start a full chimney of coals
4. Grill over direct, high heat for 3-4min per side, flipping once. The shells will begin to turn a light brown.
5. FEAST

When I saw this recipe I thought the garlic would be overpowering. While it *IS* strong, that's how we like it in our house, haha.
