I'm going to smoke my turkey this thanksgiving and I was woundering if I should stuff while its smoking?? I'm just gonna lay the smoke to it for about 3hrs or so and finish it off in the oven should I stuff while its smoking or maybe do it after??

Thanks for your help

Don't stuff your Turkey, put aromatics in the cavity, I like to Spatchcock Turkeys and Chickens they cook faster and more evenly. AmazingRibs.com has a really good tutorial on how to cook a Turkey.

Good luck with your bird.

I always do two turkeys every year one stuffed traditionally and baked in the indoor appliance and the other either kettle fried deep fried or smoked. Never tried to stuff a kettle or wsm'd bird, but your idea sounds great.
Whichever way you go make sure the stuffing reaches 160ish, if not scoop it out and nuke it. A tip from the board is to wrap the stuffing in cheesecloth, than place that in the cavity. That makes it easier to remove.
I LOVE ME SOME STUFFING FROM THE TURKEY!:)
