smoking time for a 18lb brined bird

My bird is bigger than the reciepe and was hoping for a little advice. I know its all about the temperature, but still trying to gauge the timing of everything else. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
 
Not to hijack this thread, but im doing two birds approximately 15lb - 17lbs also at 325-350. Should I expect a similar cook time? Also, am planning on using a foil pan for the bottom bird and am a little concerned that it might block some of the heat / smoke to the top bird. Any suggestions there? Thanks
