Smoking Fish: Striper and Catfish?

I have alot of Striper and some Catfish. Anyone know how to prep them for a smoke? Also, anyone ever had smoked striper? I have had smoked Catfish, and it was great, but I don't know much about striper, other than catching them.

I don't know about smoking them but if they are cleaned properly, they are great fried. You have to remove the red meat (vein) down their side when you first clean them or the meat is really strong.
