I put 2 home cured country hams on my OTS. they are about 5 - 5.5 lbs each. I am 250-275F indirect heat. i was wondering how long i will need to smoke them.
I got a fresh ham off a small pig. (dressed out at 195lbs) I got it bone out, and cut in half.

I went with the 2 lbs per day, but will leave it longer next time.
I smoked at 250F with apple wood.
