Smoking chicken legs/drumsticks

I think I'll be doing up some baby backs for the football game on Sunday. GO PATS!!!

I would also like to do some chicken legs(drumsticks), on the lower grate. I've never done legs before.

Would they be ok if I smoke/cook them the same amount of time as the ribs? The ribs would be on the upper grate
 
BB and dark meat chicken are close to same time frame for me, the 4 hour range. Your results may very.

I'll probably end up putting them on the same time as the ribs and just keep an eye on them.

I can always take them off before the ribs are done, if need be, and then finish on direct heat to crisp up the skin.
