much internet suggests brining overnight, air drying for 3-5 hrs, then smoking for 4-5.

being the middle of the work week, I don't have time to do these steps continuously...so my question is...should I brine for 3 days then air dry and smoke on saturday.....or should I brine overnight and then air dry in fridge for three days and smoke on saturday ?.
 
I've smoked them without doing either, just be sure that they are dry, dry, dry. I would opt for a few hours of bringing and then an air dry if I had too, but I've found it doesn't make a huge difference, just smoke low and slow..............................d
