Smoking a turkey-what else ?

For my 2nd cook, I will be smoking a Butterball ( self baste ) Turkey 12-14 lbs, I may still cook 2 of them. Not sure yet

However, if I do not cook 2 Turkeys, what else can I smoke at the same time ?

I know that the Temp is above 300 so I was not sure what would be okay to smoke at the same time.

Hams are cooked in about the same range. I'd go for that if I were you. If you get a partially cooked one they should finish around the same time I'd think.
 
That's exactly what I am doing guys, a ham on top with a butterball on the bottom rack, I say butterball because now I know what brand of self-basting bird to buy. Butterball of course.
