Like to introduce myself and join in on the forum. Bought a 18.5 wsm about 5 years ago and have had much success. My neighbors love the smell and come over to add meat when ever I fire it up. I do Ribs,chicken,pork butt and fish.Have my own dry rub and the only meat I have not tryed to smoke is the texas style brisket. Maybe soon. Any pointers would be apreciated

Look up all the High Heat Brisket info on here, it is very good!
