Saw someone post Chris Lilly loaf pan chicken here about a weeks or so ago and put it on my to do list ... Well today was the day... Gotta a nice non enhanced bird from trader joes...
So I brined it first in this
A bird bath
Rubbed down with the cimmanon applesauce concoction and into da pan
Smoked with some apple and hickory til about 165-170
Bird under da bars on da bottom rack
Resting
Ready for playing along with some more red meat to be posted

Very nice bird... Quite moist ... Very tasty... Kids and wifey approved ... Will do again
