Here are some pics of my ribs.Used the smokenator + rotisserie.One half of the rib just had texas bbq rub and the other have had same rub just finished with Unkl Moes bbq sauce.
I filled the whole cavity of the smokenator and put a steel pie pan on top where the regular water pan should go.Got a 5 hour burn no adding water stayed at dome temp 250.When they were done I had alot of burn time left.
Also some sliced brisket pics from another day and a veggie burger for the wife.
