Smokefire Preps Some Beef Roasts

Smoked 3 nice beef roasts for about an hour then seared them to get a nice crust. 2 went into a big Dutch oven and the 3rd into a smaller unit. Added some onion, carrots, celery and potatoes a few hours later. Took the large pot to some friends who are having some bad luck with medical issues.
Since the SF was fired up I also tossed on some burgers.

I’ve been threatening to do a similar cook, roast with spuds carrots onion celery etc. smoked of course. Looks good!
