15lb dry brined about 24 hrs and rubbed with Simon & Garfunkel rub. Smoked on my 22 WSM using a mix of KBB and Weber briqs and apple and cherry chunks. Best turkey I've had in years - very moist.
Great turkey, Ken! Using the drip pan for stock is a great benefit when using the grill or smoker...I can't tell for sure but is there some some parsnip in there?
