Smoked turkey

15lb dry brined about 24 hrs and rubbed with Simon & Garfunkel rub. Smoked on my 22 WSM using a mix of KBB and Weber briqs and apple and cherry chunks. Best turkey I've had in years - very moist.

Great turkey, Ken! Using the drip pan for stock is a great benefit when using the grill or smoker...I can't tell for sure but is there some some parsnip in there?

No parsnip. Onions, carrots, celery, sage, thyme, apple juice, turkey stock from giblets, neck, and spine, and water.
