Did my first smoked turkey breast. Chose a bone in one that was self basting since I didn't have time to do a brine. I used a single piece of apple wood on a chimney and a half of KSB. I used my standard BBQ rub which has brown sugar some run of the mill seasonings (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc....). Took a little over two hours at about 325 degrees. Came out great! I foiled some sweet potatoes and cooked them along side for about 1 and 1/2 hours. I served the turkey with a Carolina style sauce I make.
