Well, I had to smoke some sausages for a party on Sunday. I picked up a pack of 24 at Costco and decided to smoke them all and freeze what I don't need for the party. I was able to fit all 24 on the top WSM rack, but it was a little tight.
Anyways, after smoking these sausages I figured I needed to "sample" the goods. Well that led to me thinking, what about putting some of this on the nice take n bake pizza I just picked up? It turned out to be a great decision! Here are some before and after pics .
