You ate the kids?!? Just kidding... great looking pork steaks David! I've not tried the onions over the top of the steaks, but that'll be next. I was born in St. Louis and grew up on pork steaks. I have a great picture of my dad on the banks of the Jack's Fork River in Eminence, cooking pork steaks on an open pit grill. It was taken in the 1950's, so I probably "teethed" on them....
