Smoked Jerk Chicken and Collards

Walkerswood is my absolute favorite jerk seasoning, and if you haven't tried it smoked, you're in for a treat.

On she goes with some apple wood.

15 minutes indirect heat, ~375F dome temp. Rotate bird 180 degrees, 15 minutes, ~375F. Rotate bird 180 degrees, 20 minutes, ~360F. Rotate bird 180 degrees, 20 minutes, ~350F.
