Smoked Blue cheese Meatloaf

really? i've never noticed such an odor before (not that i have the greatest experience with charcoal as the rest of y'all). well, i tossed the loaf as there was a whiff of ammonia about it.

not very appetizing.

Sean, Yeah to me it does. I have a pretty sensitive sniffer and Kingsford reeks of amonia everytime I use it. I know many here use it and love it, I'm just not one of them. I just can't stand the smell of it. Blue cheese is a very pungent cheese though. Maybe the combo of both came across in a bad way for your nose. Not sure I would have tossed it though, without tasting it.
